The Dussmann Office premises in Cologne include offices ranging in size from 10 to 30 square meters and a conference room with space for up to 12 people and the latest conference equipment.

Transport connections

Friesenplatz underground station is directly in front of the building. The central railway station (with underground, city and intercity connections) is two underground stops away or a fifteen minute walk. The airport is 30 minutes by car. The motorway feeder roads are very close by. The RingKarree located directly opposite our main entrance offers parking facilities.

Hotels and Food and Drink

The Renaissance Hotel and the Dorint Kongress Hotel are both a five minute walk away. There are a number of restaurants, street cafes and bars in the immediate vicinity offering the chance to relax and while away the time.

Shopping and leisure

The Hohenzollernring and the adjoining streets Ehrenstraße and Mittelstraße are ideal for shopping and strolling. Schildergasse is Cologne’s best-known shopping street and is approx 8 minutes by foot from our premises. By night Hohenzollernring’s numerous cinemas, discos and gambling halls make it a popular area to stroll along. For the more sporty, the nearby Volksgartenpark is a good place to go jogging and there are fitness studios in the immediate vicinity. Music lovers can make the pilgrimage to the Philharmonie next to Cologne Cathedral, some 15 minutes away by foot, or to the Cologne Arena ( Germany’s biggest hall for events) or to the Musical Dome.
