Dussmann Office’s premises in Hamburg are located in a particularly impressive older building with high ceilings. You can choose between offices ranging in size from nine to 35 square metres. Three conference rooms are additionally available, the largest of these with space for 14 people.

Transport connections

The central railway station (with connections to underground, city trains and intercity trains) is only three minutes by foot. The airport can be comfortably reached in approx. 25 mins from the central railway station. A number of multi-storey car parks are located in the immediate vicinity.

Hotels and Food and Drink

The Kempinski Hotel Atlantik  and the InterCity Hotel are only three and two minutes respectively by foot, while the Vier Jahreszeiten hotel is only ten minutes away. There are a number of smaller hotels, good guest houses and numerous restaurants nearby in every price category. Bar Hamburg and Cui’s are good locations for after-work drinks. The numerous pontoons on the inner Alster are ideal for whiling away the summer evenings.

Shopping and leisure

Dussmann Office’s premises in Hamburg are within walking distance of Mönckebergstraße, Jungfernstieg and the newly constructed and highly original Europa-Passage with all its shopping facilities. Hamburg’s docks and the venue for the musical “The Lion King” can be reached by public transport in five to ten minutes. The world-famous Reeperbahn, the heart of Hamburg’s night-life and party scene can be reached by underground or city train (S-Bahn) in approx. 10 minutes. The Kunsthalle (art hall) on the opposite side of the street is ideal for art and culture lovers.
