Transport connections
Kröpcke underground station is situated directly in front of the premises. The central railway station is a three minute walk away. The airport is about 15 minutes by car. The A7 and A2 motorways are only a few minutes away. The building has its own parking spaces and an underground car park.

The Kastens Hotel Luisenhof, a hotel with a great tradition, is situated in the immediate vicinity. There are a number of other hotels nearby and around the central railway station. The pedestrian zone and the old town provide any number of restaurants, bistros and cafes. The Markthalle, with its international specialties, is particularly fine.
Shopping and leisure
The location in the centre of town is ideal for taking advantage of all the shopping facilities. Chemists, supermarkets and bakers as well as all the major department stores are situated in the immediate vicinity. Georgstraße, also known as Hanover’s “Kö“, to draw comparisons with Dusseldorf’s legendary Königstraße shopping street, is home to exclusive boutiques and jewelers and is an ideal place to stroll along.Some five minutes away is the Maschsee, an ideal location to unwind by jogging, sailing and making boat trips. In Herrenhausen, a mere ten minutes by car are the Royal Gardens. Herrenhausen is also home to festivals and to a firework competition. Sea-Life with all its attractions is also situated near the gardens. Hanover is also home to the world’s biggest shooting festival. A visit to the zoo is also worth a visit, Europe’s most modern, complete with Zambesi boat trip and a jungle palace.
